i’d say so. i mean western humanism is built on principles of exclusion and quite a limited scope of thinking, and those are often the very ideas and concepts that are used to justify institutional oppression. for example: science is something western humanism and enlightenment principles love, but science as a field is very exclusionary to people of color, and...
